When you send an enquiry, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you provide so we can respond. Your enquiry is stored in our protected website inbox and, when email delivery is enabled, sent to the park's email account. Please do not include payment card details or sensitive personal information.

This website uses essential session cookies to protect forms and the staff sign-in. A dismissed park announcement is remembered in this browser session. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

Links to Google Maps and other websites open services with their own privacy practices. To ask about your enquiry information, contact the park using the details on our Contact page.

Opening the directions map loads map images from OpenStreetMap. That service receives connection information, such as your IP address, and applies its own privacy practices. The map loads only when you open it. Google Maps opens separately if you choose the directions link.

For a payment link, we store the guest name, reference, booking information, amount, optional email and payment status so staff can manage and reconcile the payment. Payment details needed to process the transaction, including its amount and reference, are sent to NAB Transact. Card details entered in the payment form are submitted directly from your browser to NAB and are not sent to or stored on Bellhaven's server. NAB returns transaction information so we can check the payment. Please share your personal payment link only with its intended recipient.
